Emerging and On-going Challenges for Water and Wastewater Systems

This presentation will cover the array of emerging and on-going challenges facing water and wastewater systems, the background to those challenges and how the systems need to be addressing them.  Challenges to be discussed include aging infrastructure, climate change, declining rate bases, cyanotoxins, cyber security, disaster preparedness, illegal dumping into wastewater systems, and others.

Continuing Education Credits:  This forum will provide 1 PDH (professional development hour) credit for professional engineers and surveyors, contingent upon board approval.
