Hurricane Florence and her predecessors have brought into question the size of storms for which we should be designing. Is the status quo sufficient or should we rethink the location and types of development in the face of what might be the “new” normal for rainfall?

Continuing Education Credits:  This forum will provide 1 PDH (professional development hour) credit for professional engineers and surveyors, contingent upon board approval.

Refund Policy: NCWRA will refund forum fees up to 7 days prior to the event. After this, only substitutions will be accepted. NCWRA CANNOT give credit for future forums as the funds are used to cover FORUM expenses. Faxed registrations paid by check will not be registered until the check is received.
